Kloud Solutions is a sister company of Kloud Communications Inc of USA which has been in business since 1996 as an Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP). It is an FCC licensed US-based Carrier with Tier-1 and Tier-2 interconnections with major US carries.

Kloud Communications Inc of USA started offering business communication solutions to small to medium sized companies since 2003. It provided new cloud-based solutions like IPPBX, Contact Center Solutions, SD-WAN, Virtual Machine and many enterprise grade services.

Seeing the opportunities in the Philippines, it partnered with Philippine pioneers in the Internet services to establish Kloud Solutions, Inc in 2023 with the mission to empower businesses with simple and affordable cloud communications solutions.
